I was able to find some of the bricks I needed, but a few things were out of stock by the time I went to order. From my side, that was frustrating because I had to tweak my plans a bit, and I was really hoping to get everything in one go.

The site itself was easy enough for me to use, and the prices seemed fair overall. I just wish the stock info felt more up to date, because that would’ve saved me some hassle. Not a terrible experience, but not amazing either

I was literally about to place an order, but once I got to the checkout/payment part, I just didn’t feel very comfortable?? It wasn’t super clear what was actually protecting my card info, and I couldn’t find enough details to feel totally safe. Maybe everything is fine!! But I ended up backing out, and I probably won’t buy unless they make the payment security way more obvious...

I bought this kit because it was listed as being compatible with my specific Lego set number, so I figured it would be a straightforward add-on and not something I’d have to think too hard about. Unfortunately, once I actually started putting everything together, it became clear that a few of the pieces and cables just weren’t lining up the way they should. I even went back and checked the listing again, then checked it a second time, because I thought maybe I had missed something or ordered the wrong version, but it still looked like it was supposed to match my set.
I spent a bit of time trying to make it work, but after a while it really started to feel like I was forcing things into place, and that’s not something I wanted to do with the set or the wiring. I ended up stopping because I didn’t want to damage anything or make a bigger mess out of it. Overall, it was just frustrating and kind of a waste of time for me, especially since I bought it expecting it to fit without all the extra hassle.

My order showed up really late, and the tracking barely helped at all. Every time I contacted support, they basically just told me to keep waiting. Maybe it was just my order, but it definitely makes the whole delivery process feel unreliable

I got my order and a few of the bricks were not the ones I picked on the site. It was frustrating becuase I was expecting what I ordered. i don’t think I’d order from them again...

Getting a reply from support took way too long. I kept having to follow up, and it felt like they made it my problem instead of just helping me get it sorted

I’m annoyed at this point. I placed my order expecting it to arrive by now, but I’m still waiting and there hasn’t been much of an update. I get that delays happen, but when it takes this long and you’re just kind of left wondering...

Had a little issue with my order and I was kind of annoyed at first. I messaged them, and they replied quicker than I expected. They fixed it without making it a whole thing, which I appreciated. It was good overall, and I’d order from them again.

I’m sure the checkout just froze on me, because nothing was loading after I tried to finish the order. I waited a bit, but it didn’t seem like it was going anywhere, so I ended up leaving.

My order showed up on time, which was great, but the box was beat up when it arrived. One corner was actually open, well, not wide open, but enough that it made me a little worried. Luckily nothing was missing, but they definitely could’ve used more tape or maybe some extra padding. Overall it was okay, just not the best packaging experience.

It wasn’t impossible or anything, but a little more detail or a few clearer steps would have made it much easier.

The return process was okay, but the refund came in late. Because it took longer than I expected, I was a little annoyed waiting for the money to show up.
